Yes — subscriptions are month-to-month (or year-to-year). Cancel from your billing settings in the platform and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees, no penalties.

If you started on a trial, your first scheduled billing happens at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then. You can downgrade to a lower tier or cancel directly from your account billing settings.

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

For subscriptions: if you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge, we issue a full refund. For the one-time VANTAGE Performance Report: refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no report has been generated. After that, no refunds are issued (per the terms of use).

Annual plans are billed once per year. The price is approximately 17% less than 12 monthly payments (about 2 months free). Your card is charged on the same day each year unless you cancel.

Stripe automatically retries failed payments. We send email reminders if a charge fails, with a grace period before access is suspended. You can update your payment method anytime from billing settings.

The Elite tier already includes dedicated advisory and priority support. For enterprises with specific needs (custom integrations, multi-account rollouts, on-premise reporting), contact us through your account — we'll scope a custom engagement on top of an Elite subscription.
