1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuantumMind VANTAGE™ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. By creating an account, completing a checkout, or otherwise using the Service, you affirm that you are authorized to bind the entity on whose behalf you are acting and that you have read and understood these Terms.

2. Description of Service

QuantumMind VANTAGE provides financial intelligence software for business owners, including diagnostic assessments, scoring, recommendations, and ongoing optimization tools. The Service is delivered as a hosted SaaS platform via web browser. Specific features depend on the subscription tier or one-time products you purchase.

The Service is not a substitute for professional financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. All outputs are informational and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being acted upon.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account and using the Service.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service.
  • Not use the Service to upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

You are solely responsible for the data you upload to the Service and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to do so.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by QuantumMind and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantumMind, its affiliates, and its service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US $100).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuantumMind is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service and, where required, via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
